Kerala Cultural and Welfare Association was formed over 30 years ago to promote the cultural and sports activities of the Malayalee community in Croydon. From a handful of members, over the years the association has grown to have over 1000 members and have made its mark in the cultural landscape of Croydon. It promotes and empowers the rich heritage of Kerala in the UK resident Malayalees.

organized by KCWA are so popular that it is always over subscribed and many of its former students have now become proficient dancers and dance teachers.
The Onam and Christmas celebrations conducted by KCWA have become events that the whole Malayalee community eagerly wait for. The association conducts drama festivals and competitions as well. To encourage the youngsters in study every year the association presents the best student in the Malayalee community with various awards.
